  • Domestic orders: 5-10 business days depending on location.

  • International orders: 10-20 business days (varies by country).


Delays due to festivals, weather, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

  • Free shipping offers may be applicable during promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Live tracking link


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address is correct.
